Tetra pak asked IDEO to look at how to innovate their most basic packaging. We looked for inspiration internationally and developed a number of concepts from our inspirational shopping and qualitative research. We then set up a “shop” and had consumers give us feedback.
Looking at how people are using their pictures, as part of a service prototyping work shop, I developed a concept for printing stickers directly from their phone. This went on to be used as part of IDEO’s new business development. That year we got half a million dollars in telecom work.
